  • Triombo

    Adamo-Faiden

This project is less a leap between disciplines than the rendering of certain ideas on the limits that enclose spaces and steer them inwards.

The minimal number of operations necessary is performed to make a standard polymer plate transportable. Surface treatment and a series of perforations are enough to make a system of filters available for any use portable, self-carrying, and repeatable as unit.
This is an attempt to construct a limit whose initial neutrality is compromised insofar as its narrow wall incorporates the stimuli present in each one of the spaces it seeks to activate.

  • NoDoMo

    José Maserazzo

NoDoMo is a technical spatial trial of the Casa-Carpa [House-Tent] research project which revolves around the possibility of creating a habitational system based on an easy-to-assemble technical detail.

The video shows the development of the first commercial object by the Adamo-Faiden studio. The piece, called Triombo, is a laminated modular application that can be configured in order to delimit different settings. José Maserazzo’s work has developed in a similar direction insofar as it emulates the first spatial sketches of his Casa Carpa, a light-weight system of territorial occupations that evolved into NoDoMo, an engagement with space that occupies the gallery’s air space.

Direction and production: Nina Carrara & Martin Huberman

Special thanks to Paolini and La Feliz Studio.

Montajes [Production and installation of the exhibition] is a series of videos on the processes of constructing the space; it tracks the efforts made in the production of the pieces that have intervened in the Monoambiente gallery space.
